Timex Group India Limited (“Timex Group”) Warranties its Timex brand watches (purchased only from Timex authorised sellers) against all manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase.

• To claim your watch service, produce either original bill copy/invoice or service card at any authorized Timex service center.
• For any service related enquiries and feedback, call Timex India toll free number Monday to Saturday, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm( except government holidays).
