William’s Wine is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, dedication and love. Our team supervises the entire process to eliminate any chances of disturbing the quality of our wine, from picking the right vineyards to the final bottling.
We work only with select vineyards that monitor and maintain the highest cultivation standards. We choose only the highest quality of grapes to present you with a superior final product.
RECIPE:
Passed down three generations, our coveted recipe has been handed down by our ancestral grandmother, who mastered the recipe during the Dutch regime pre-Independence. Our recipe is pivotal to our wine’s perfect texture and taste.
The recipe helps us capture every nuance of the grapes. Thanks to this homegrown recipe and the love and labour of each of our family members, William’s Wine reflects the characteristics of the grapes blended symphonically with Indian spices and condiments to give you an excellent finish in every sip.

HANDMADE TO PERFECTION
Winemaking is an art that was traditionally a time for families to join together during the festive season and produce a drink that the whole family can share on a joyous occasion. William’s Wine products are made with the same philosophy. Artisanally crafted, our non-alcoholic wines are made from grapes crushed with wooden spatulas, strained and blended with spices manually to preserve the original crisp flavours. This helps the wine retain the elegant notes of the brew and create a soft tannin structure.
FERMENTED IN OAK BARRELS
Fermentation in oak adds a seamless texture and balance to the wine while enticing further development from the grape extract. It helps the wine increase the complexity of the flavour. The palate is layered with sweetness and finished with spice from clove and cardamom.
A TRIBUTE TO TRADITION
We prioritize our craft above all else. Our wines are made in small batches to have tight control over quality from start to finish. Each grape is carefully selected, destemmed and hand crushed. It is then carefully fermented to draw out the delicate aromas whilst retaining its elegance and sweetness. Oak barrels add bouquets of depth in flavour, texture and elegance.
